Tasting note
Dark red. Aromas of red flowers, tree fruits and blackberries. Dense on the palate, full with intense fruit and elegant toasted notes. This rare certified organic Portuguese grows on 2 ha of steepest terraces. The autochthonous yeasts stop their work at 12° alcohol, felt like 15°, a rarity in the hot north of Portugal. 4700 bottles were pressed.
