Tasting note
On the nose, aromas of ripe black fruit develop, accompanied by notes of licorice, spices and tobacco, which are typical of the Tempranillo grape variety. On the palate, the wine is intense and fresh, with a harmonious balance between fruit and tannins. The finish is long and structured, which indicates good aging potential.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with grilled red meat, game dishes, Iberian ham or aged hard cheese.
Vinification
Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels (225 l) that are 1 to 2 years old.
