Tasting note
Fruity with notes of apricot and honeydew melon. Broad, persistent finish. A specialty with charm and elegance and the spicy notes of barrique.

Apéro cold platters with Swiss hard cheese
Vinification
The Pinot Noir grapes are gently pressed without a maceration period. This is followed by pure fermentation, acid degradation and maturation in steel tanks followed by refinement in barriques for 3-4 months.
