Tasting note
The wine has a brilliant color with greenish-yellow reflections. On the nose, intense aromas of apricot, peach and pear develop, accompanied by floral notes and a hint of nutmeg. On the palate, it is fresh and fruity with a harmonious balance between sweetness and acidity and a medium to good length.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with exotic cuisine, seafood, fish dishes and risotto.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully picked by hand. After pressing, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and fruitiness of the wine.
