Tasting note
The strikingly intense bouquet includes the spectrum of red and dark fruits, fresh flowers, oak and liquorice. On the palate, aromas of black cherries, minerals, spices and tobacco and chocolate. The subtle density and harmonious and silky tannins are in perfect balance with a long, fresh finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with barbecues, beef, fine cuts of meat, stews, game and mushrooms.
Vinification
Fermented in French 225 liter oak barrels followed by aging for 16 months in 225 liter French oak barrels.
