Tasting note
The inviting bouquet alone suggests a classic from Sardinia! Fresh, dark fruits such as plums alternate with aromas of dried plums, raisins and figs. The racy start merges with the diversity of the Mediterranean wilderness: rosemary, thyme and acacia are in harmony with smoky notes of tobacco and licorice. The present tannins are well embedded and round off these wild aromas. Even on the finish, this cannonau lives up to its raciality with its exciting spice and contributes to a lasting drinking experience!
