Tasting note
A powerful white wine that skilfully absorbs the fruitiness of the bouquet with gooseberries, apricots, peaches, lychees, tangerines and honey as well as almonds. Fruity and delicate, it unfolds in the mouth and this dangerously drinkable temptation glides across the palate with a long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light dishes, seafood, oriental cuisine, risotto.
Vinification
Manual harvest of grapes, long-lasting cryo-maceration, gentle pressing and fermentation obtained at very low temperatures. The yeasts are aged for 4 months in steel tanks and large oak barrels.
