About the wine
About 130 kilometers northwest of Valencia on a plateau at 1100 meters above sea level lies the realm of Rosalía Molina. The charismatic winemaker produces unique organic wines here. Thanks to the moderate temperatures, the grapes ripen very slowly and produce particularly intense and fresh wines. Moscatel is typically aged as a sweet wine, but Rosalía makes a sensational dry white wine out of it. A bouquet of flowers full of floral aromas that will put a smile on everyone's face!

Tasting note
With initial notes of wild flowers and roses, this Moscatel impresses with its freshness, lively acidity and a spicy-mineral finish.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal as an aperitif, with grilled sheep cheese, or simply with antipasti.
Vinification
The grapes for this come from 1100 m above sea level and therefore ripen much slower and better than in the lower-lying Utiel Requena. They were manually picked up and carefully processed, fermented with great care in small steel tanks; in general, particular attention is paid to very pure fermentation.
