Tasting note
The composition results in a particularly elegant and seductive wine. Garnet red color. Aroma of red fruits, spices and exotic fruits.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Mediterranean cuisine such as pasta, stews and a good piece of meat.
Vinification
The grapes were processed separately. The red grape variety Tinta Barroca was selectively handpicked at 35 hectoliters per hectare. Then aged in barriques for 1 year.
