About the wine
The winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Aragonesas is absolutely proficient in his craft. Tasting note
Intense, ripe fruit aromas (plum, blackberry, cherry) flow out of the glass. The sensory impression on the nose is seductive, delicious and of great intensity: plum compote, elderberry jelly and a good portion of aromas reminiscent of vanilla, caramel, chocolate and licorice. The texture is dense, round and velvety smooth. The fruity structure harmonizes with the rich body and the powerful, again fruity finish is of significant length.

Vinification
Aged for a few months in traditional, large oak barrels and then aged for a further nine months in barriques (American oak)
