About the wine
The winemaker from the Spanish winery Cillar de Silos has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the magnificent and picturesque landscape of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon). You will certainly have a lot of fun with the delicious Dominio del Pidio Blanco wooden box, which was produced in 2016.

Tasting note
Rich golden yellow. Subtle aromas of citrus fruits, floral notes and a variety of mineral nuances make for a rendezvous. The palate is robust and intense, full-bodied and balanced, with excellent freshness and precision. The variety of aromas and a pronounced minerality give the wine a wonderfully long finish. This Blanco is one of the best that is made from the Albillo grape in the Ribera del Duero. Only in the second year and already a legend!
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: Enjoy this white wine at a slightly chilled 8°-10°C.
Vinification
Vinified in cement tanks, then aged for 5 months on the fine yeast in French 500-liter foudres. Only 960 bottles were bottled.
