Tasting note
Complex bouquet of wild berries, ripe raspberries and fine roasted aromas. On the palate, a long, soft start, elegant structure and fine-grained, ripe tannin. The pomone ends with a long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with poultry dishes — from white meats such as chicken breast or dung scrapers to more intensive varieties such as turkey, quail and so on.
Vinification
Handpicked, classic mash fermentation for 14 to 16 days, aging for 12-14 months in 600l French oak barrels.
