Tasting note
This rosé wine has a light salmon-copper color. On the nose, fruity aromas of peach, guava, pink grapefruit, melon peel and slightly herbal notes inspire. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, silky and well-structured with aromas of peach, citrus and slight mineral notes. A light rosé that impresses with depth and wonderful harmony.

Vinification
The grapes for this rosé come from the heart of the natural park below Mont Ventoux, where the vines are rooted on sandy soils. The vines are all cultivated according to organic guidelines. After manual harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed after a short maceration period before the wine is fully fermented and aged on the lees for a few months. Sulphur is not added throughout the processing process. The wine is certified organic
