About the wine
The Domaine de Ravoire is one of the oldest vineyards in Valais. Since 2006, half of the vineyard is managed by Weinfreunde and Albert Mathier & Söhne AG. A unique project in Switzerland, in which shareholders decide on the vines, the vinification, the sale and, last but not least, the enjoyment of their own wines.

Tasting note
Dark ruby. Accentuated scent of cassis and wild cherries with spicy components. Dense palate structure, soft tannins, smooth and powerful at the end.
Culinary recommendation
Humagne is the ideal accompaniment to game specialities. It also goes well with Valais mountain cheese, chestnuts or a hearty stew dish.
Vinification
The expansion took place in a steel tank.
