About the wine
The Domaine de Ravoire is one of the oldest vineyards in Valais. Since 2006, the vineyard has been organized by an independent joint stock company, Domaine de Ravoire AG, half of which is owned by Weinfreunde and Albert Mathier & Söhne AG. A unique project in Switzerland, in which shareholders decide on the vines, the vinification, the sale and finally the enjoyment of their own wines.

Tasting note
The bouquet of nut flirts skillfully with your sense of smell. Afterwards, nuances of exotic fruits, citrus and honey will resolutely and consciously convince your taste buds. Medium-long finish and strong body result in the white wine, which shows a lot of character and class in the mouth.
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes perfectly with aperitifs, salmon dishes and light dishes. Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for the white wine is a slightly chilled 10°-12°C. The following period is the ideal enjoyment phase of this wine: 1 - 5 years after harvest.
