Tasting note
The Syrah is dressed in a purple dress with beautiful purple reflections. The bouquet is peppery and develops notes of violets. On the palate, this fruity and spicy wine impresses with its aromas of black currants and white pepper. Silky tannins and distinctive freshness are also characteristic of our Syrah.
Vinification
Fermentation in an amphora using the yeast present in the grape berries. After pressing, the wine is aged in a terracotta amphora for 10 months.
