Domaine de COMPOSTELLE — Issu principalement de jeunes vignes qui, après une sélection rigoureuse et très stricte au moment des assemblages, donne un remarquable deuxième cru au nez puissant, marqué par des notes de fruits rouges et de cacao, à l'évolution en bouche veloutée et aux tanins ronds, sans agons ressivity.
