Tasting note
The Domaine de Chevalier Blanc 2022 is bright yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers and a touch of exotic fruit develop. On the palate, it shows lively freshness, harmonious acidity and elegant minerality, which results in a long, persistent finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled fish, seafood and poultry dishes.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand and carefully selected. After pressing, fermentation takes place in large wooden barrels and 500 liter barrels to preserve freshness and aroma. The wine is then aged on fine lees for about 12 months, which gives it additional complexity and richness.
