The nose has multi-layered aromas of yellow fruits, Williams pears, plus some brioche. The palate seduces with a velvety start and a lively, lively structure.

Vinification
The Vieilles Vignes (Old Vines) by Bernard Michaut is aged 2/3 in stainless steel tanks and 1/3 in oak barrels for 10 months.
