The Bourgogne Blanc impresses with a brilliant, clear color. The fine nose reveals elegant, slightly roasted aromas. Vinification
The Chardonnay vines, which were planted in 2016, are harvested by hand and transported to the wine cellar in small containers. After a maturing period of 10 months on fine lees, the wine is blended to combine the various facets and aromas. This is followed by a slight filtration before the Bourgogne Blanc is bottled.
