The Alvarinho is fresh and complex with aromas of lime, green apple and white flowers, accompanied by precise acidity and fine minerality. The Alvarinho Loureiro delights with fragrant notes of orange blossom, ripe stone fruit and a touch of herbal spice. Lively, harmonious and with an invigorating aftertaste.

Goes well with seafood, light fish dishes, Asian cuisine or simply as an aperitif.
Vinification
Selective hand harvest of grapes, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging on fine yeast for several months to promote complexity and texture. No use of wood to accentuate the typical grape variety.
