Die Aromen des Dolcetto d'Alba DOC von Kräutern drücken viel Finesse mit einer ganz einzigartigen Struktur aus. Anschliessend zeigen die Nuancen von Kirschlikör, Bombeere und Kirsche ihren eigenen Charakter. Mittelkräftiger Körper und milde Säure ergeben den Rotwein, welcher im Mund viel Charakter und Klasse zeigt.
