About the wine
Voluptuous on the nose with fresh fruity aromas of dark and red berries, paired with a hint of violet. Balanced on the palate with pleasant freshness, lovely spicy aromas and a soft texture. The tannins are subtle and the finish is medium long. A wine that is also a lot of fun when drunk young.

Culinary recommendation
Goes well with traditional Piedmontese cuisine, pasta, cheese.
Vinification
Maceration on skins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for approx. 4 days before the grapes are pressed and the alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel is completed (approx. 20 days). The wine is transferred to stainless steel tanks until next summer and then bottled without fining or filtration.
