About the wine
The Dolcetto grape produces dark, fruity wines. This charmer aged in steel tanks seduces with scents of cherries, almonds, some smoke and a juicy, fleshy body. A typical Dolcetto that people love in Piedmont.

Intense ruby red. Refined on the nose, aromas of cherries, plums, almonds and some smoke. Juicy and meaty on the palate with a fruity, racy and lively structure. Shows fine tannins and a good length. A typical Dolcetto that people love in Piedmont.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with antipasti and pasta.
Vinification
The Dolcetto grapes are harvested by hand and immediately crushed. Mash fermentation and expansion take place in steel tanks. The wine is then left to rest in the bottle for two to three months.
