Vinification
Made in Switzerland, REBELS 0.0% are the first Swiss non-alcoholic spirits alternatives. With the unique self-developed DOUBLE DISTILLATION PROCESS, the typical botanicals are distilled not just once but twice by combining traditional and modern distillation methods. This brings out the authentic, more intense and complex flavors without using alcohol throughout the process. At the end, the distillates are mixed with other typical ingredients such as sugar cane molasses (rum) or red grapes (aperitif) and rounded off with natural aromas.
