Tasting note
On the nose, delicate floral notes, accompanied by aromas of red berries, pink grapefruit and a hint of pomegranate. Fresh, elegant and delicately fruity on the palate with lively acidity and a nice balance. The aftertaste is slightly mineral and pleasantly long.
Culinary recommendation
It is perfect as an aperitif, with fish dishes, vegetarian dishes and tender meats.
Vinification
The cold maceration of the grapes in the must took 6-12 hours and enabled the best extraction of the aromatic precursors and the color that characterizes this rosé. After fermentation at a controlled temperature, the final blend was made from Nerello Mascalese and Nocera; it was then refined for 2 months in tank and at least 3 months in bottle before it was put on the market.
