Tasting note
On the nose, floral tones, underlined by a lovely peach note. Refreshing acidity and minerality on the palate. Thanks to its low alcohol content, the wine is ideal for drinking a glass more.

Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks and at low temperature with fine yeast, interrupted by cold to be later transferred to isothermal containers. As a result, a balanced sugar and acid content can be maintained.
