The Juan Gil family has brought a Monastrell/Syrah-based non-alcoholic red wine onto the market for the first time. According to the translation, your “Disfrutando 0.0%” alludes to the German word for genießen. The aim is to preserve the fruit and aroma and this has truly succeeded! This drink is primarily aimed at the needs of wine lovers who, for whatever reason, want or must refrain from alcohol and expect genuine wine enjoyment at the same time. With the extremely successful label, this non-alcoholic wine promises a real wow effect!
Vinification
A proprietary process was developed for this new non-alcoholic wine, combining vacuum distillation at 30°C and inverted cone technology. This process is intended to capture 100 percent of the volatile components in an internal continuous process. This makes dealcoholization of up to 0.02 percent possible.
