A unique white rum that has been aged and then carefully filtered with charcoal to obtain a clear color while maintaining the depth of flavor. Named after an area at the foot of the Andes, it gets its soft and complex flavor from this privileged land. Vinification
The tradition of growing sugar cane in Venezuela dates back to the 15th century and rum has been produced here since 1896. This knowledge combined with the favourable climate and soil conditions give local rum its unique and incomparable properties. This led to the creation of the “Venezuela Rum” designation of origin and the protected seal of approval. Diplomatico values traditional craftsmanship. That is the reason why the distillers are made of copper. Some of these devices and stills date back to the last century. Tradition and modern technology combined with the experience of Master Distillers make it possible to produce a wide variety of premium rums with various flavors.
