This striking Grenache 2017 — Diorama Garnatxa Negra Terra Alta DO crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. You can describe the landscape in Catalonia with words such as barren. However, the Spanish winery Pinord is trying to express the beauty of its homeland with this red wine. We think he succeeded! Flaschenpost team promises a dining experience when you serve this grenache with burgers with blue cheese or spicy food.
Tasting note
Color: Dense, garnet red, wafer-fine violet reflections, color-tight. Aromatics: Compote-like, ripe berry aromas, noticeable aromas, spicy, roasted, fine earthy touch. Body: Very long debut, medium-bodied body, balanced, present acidity on the palate, distinct vanilla notes set the counterpoint, aromatic barrique accent in the finish, slight sweetness. Quality: Beautifully centered, aromatic experience, well developed.
