Tasting note
Delicate, fruity and lively, with distinct Sauvignon Blanc aromas of passion fruit and lime, with hints of cherry and strawberry aromas of Cabernet Sauvignon. On the palate, it is balanced, with crisp acidity and fruity undertones.
Culinary recommendation
Serve well chilled at any opportunity.
Vinification
Traditional reductive Sauvignon Blanc winemaking. Three weeks before bottling, 3% fresh Cabernet Sauvignon was added to Sauvignon Blanc until the perfect pink-red coral color was achieved. After fermentation, the wine sat on the yeast for 1 month and was stirred once a week to improve mouthfeel and concentration. Blend 3 weeks before bottling and stabilization.
