Tasting note
Aromas of lime, grapefruit and a touch of coconut inspire the nose. On the palate, it shows its full potential, accompanied by good structure and length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with a Piccata Milanese, a vegetable stew or served classically with seafood.
Vinification
He uses selective hand picking. It ferments on yeast and when stirred, the so-called “batonnage” gives it a creamy, buttery note without losing any of its fruitiness. Before bottling, it matures in French barriques for 4 months.
