About the wine
Sunny and beautiful landscapes in Mendoza give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Argentinean winery Viñalba conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. The powerful Cabernet Franc 2012 — Diane is the missing puzzle piece on your wine rack. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Cabernet Franc is excellent to serve with lamb or ravioli.
Tasting note
Color: Deep red color with intense purple tones.; Bouquet: Superb on the nose with aromas of red dark cherries, licorice and a hint of mint. The French oak adds a delicious vanilla note and increases complexity.; Palate: The palate is round and rich with silky tannins. Very long and elegant aftertaste.
