Tasting note
Intense ruby red with pronounced floral and fruity notes (dark, ripe fruits). On the palate: Fresh with fine and elegant tannins, complex with a long finish. The DFE wines are an example of the highest quality and proof of what the Douro area is capable of! Goes well with red meat, game and aged cheeses. Open 1-2 hours before.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: Drink this red wine at a slightly chilled 16°-18°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: 6-7 years. Flaschenpost team recommends this DFE signature for barbecue, tapas and pasta.
