About the wine
Sunny and beautiful landscapes of Vaud give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Swiss winery Vins et Vignobles Les Tourelles conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. Tasting note
The bouquet of flowers and herbs shows a complex aroma character and a lot of finesse. The dominant notes of grapefruit, honey and lime shape their individual texture. Light body and dominant acidity result in the white wine, which shows a lot of character and class in the mouth.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with salmon, sole or pike, but also with various delicious cheeses.
