About the wine
East of Lausanne, the Lavaux vineyards stretch from Pully to Montreux. Here are the classic terraces, which slope steeply down to the lake. The heat from the sun is particularly intense, as it is also reflected back from the lake. It is therefore no wonder that the Chasselas vine produces fiery and full-bodied wines here. The Dézaley is the noblest of them.

Tasting note
Brilliant greenish yellow. Fine citrus aromas in the bouquet with a nice terroir note. Powerful, spicy, rich with a long finish on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
It goes very well with freshwater fish, veal or poultry dishes. The same goes with fondue, raclette or raw milk Gruyère. Classic as an aperitif together with salmon rolls or puff pastry.
