Tasting note
On the nose, the classic, mineral notes of flint and a subtle almond aroma are wonderfully visible. On the palate, with great melting, fine honey notes and a fresh, appetizing finish.

Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for white wine is a slightly chilled temperature of 8°-10°C.
Vinification
The Chasselas grapes for this top wine grow on Lavaux's most famous location, Dézaley. Terraces and retaining walls provide the necessary support for the steep slope that slopes down to the lake between Epesses and Chexbres.
