About the wine
This dominant Chasselas 2016 — Dezaley AOC La Borne is a hit right down to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! The winemaker from the Swiss winery Testuz is absolutely proficient in his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the fertile and sunny countryside of Vaud. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine these chasselas with terrines or cheese plates.

Intense, complex bouquet, with mineral notes of flint and silex, very fruity with delicious aromas of citrus and fruit with white flesh. Fruity first impression, beautifully rounded, with mineral and spicy notes. Aromatic finish with a bitter almond tip typical of Dézaley. Sparkling pale yellow
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with shellfish, fish dishes with sauce, veal breads and aged hard cheese.
