About the wine
If we can offer something special for Easter 2019, it's this provocative Grenache 2016 — Devant Le Mas AOC. Sunny landscapes of Languedoc-Roussillon give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the French winery Domaine des Schistes conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This grenache is excellent to serve with vegetables or spicy food.

Tasting note
Ruby red. Delicate aromas of cherries, cassis and garrique herbs. Vif on the palate, very drinkable with a nice tannin structure and notes of black chocolate and tobacco. The yield of 20hl/ha is very low, the parcel of black, deep oil shale, with its almost humus-free microclimate, ensures that weeds wither away as they have no chance of reaching quickly seeping water.
