Tasting note
Black-red wine with brick-colored reflections. On the nose, this Destí Merum Priorati shows complex notes of red fruits and blackcurrant jelly, accompanied by nutmeg, forest soil and cassis. Very full-bodied on the palate with fine-grained tannin and elegant structure. Very long aftertaste, supported by fine leather notes, round off this Destí Merum Priorati.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled turbot with potato gratin, grilled lamb or beef with rosemary.
Vinification
Aging in French oak for 12-14 months. The wine is bottled unfiltered and embellished. It should be decant for at least two hours.
