About the wine
Located on the beautiful south bank of the Danube in Wachau, vineyards are cultivated in the best vineyards around Mautern. A mix of young and old vines, together with the hard work of the Eder family, guarantee wines that stand for naturalness, digestibility and drinking pleasure year after year. Manual harvesting, which is carried out as late as possible and in several rounds, is just as natural as giving the wine enough time to develop. Good things just take time!

Tasting note
Clear juicy stone fruit nose with some citrus and white vineyard peach, mineral acidity, pleasant extract sweetness on the palate and a very good, long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, freshwater fish and poultry.
Vinification
Wachau wines in the cabinet area are called Federspiel here. Manual harvest in October, gentle pressing, must clarification using gravity, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, aging on fine yeast until April.
