About the product
The Inntaler from Rochelt is a unique combination of honeyed quinces, fruity Williams pears and fine wild raspberries. An extremely harmonious and well-matured schnapps cuvée, which is named after the home region of the Rochelt distillery. The origins of the Inn Valley lie in southern Styria, Upper Austria and the forests of the Carpathian Mountains, where the fruits for the Inn Valley ripen. The core pieces obtained after completion of natural fermentation and double distillation are combined extremely carefully and are then stored in open glass balloons for a period of at least five years. With 50% alcohol, Der Inntaler shows off its strong yet delicately fruity side, because during storage, the alcohol loses its power and strength and makes room for the wonderful aromas that make this cuvée unmistakable. This schnapps is a 100% pure and unfiltered distillate.
