Tasting note
This is Emil's “white wine”, which may be red, but can be enjoyed cool. Notes of fresh ripe red strawberries with rose petals, marshmallows and cinnamon. The gentle tannins and balance of acidity give this wine its unique character.

This drop is a real treat as an aperitif. However, it also goes very well with summer salads or various types of cheese.
Vinification
