Tasting note
Straw yellow, brilliant and clear robe. On the nose, there is a fine, elegant bouquet with floral nuances, accompanied by subtle brioche and almond notes. Fresh and smooth on the palate, with recurring notes of brioche and white fruits. The balanced structure and fine aroma lead to a long, elegant finale.
Vinification
10 months in Demi-Muids (75%) and stainless steel tanks (25%).
