This wine is characterized by its intense aromas. It reflects wild blueberries combined with quince notes. This red wine is very well balanced and the tannins are structured.

Vinification
Hand harvesting and double selection. 7 days cold maceration and 10 days fermentation in small steel tanks at 28 degrees. After fermentation, re-maceration for 18 days. Malolactic fermentation followed by 16 months of aging in French barriques (50% new wood)
