Tasting note
On the nose, this Decero Cabernet has a classic note of cassis and cherry. This wine is extremely typical of the variety, as you will taste chocolate and mint on the palate. A good length characterizes this wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fine cuts of meat, grilled meats and stews.
Vinification
The grapes are vinified individually per plot. 5-7 days of cold maceration. Then 10 days of temperature-controlled fermentation in steel tanks followed by a further 15-18 days of maceration after fermentation. Malolactic fermentation followed by 14 months of aging in French barriques (30% new wood).
