Tasting note
Bright ruby red — intense notes of cherries dominate the nose, plus notes of red flesh, mineral notes of graphite and some seaweed. On the palate, this pure Syrah from the west coast also shows a lot of cherry fruit and in turn this salty mineral of graphite and sea, which continues into the long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light meat dishes, grilled or Mediterranean tapas.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and traditionally fermented. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.
