Tasting note
Slightly transparent ruby red. Complex aroma of fresh and dried red fruits, plus macchia herbs, pepper, dark chocolate. On the palate with lots of presence, yet a refreshingly cool style. A very long finish rounds off this wine experience.

Vinification
Manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation in open wooden vats with around 35% whole grapes. Maceration for 15 days with pomace added daily. Aging in new barriques for 10 months.
