Tasting note
The playful aromas of fruit compote, spices and tobacco express a lot of finesse with a very individual structure. Subsequently, the striking nuances of black cherry, black plum and black pepper reveal their own character. With subdued, pleasantly developed tannins, a strong body and dominant acidity, this fruity red wine shows its flawless texture.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The red wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 16°-18°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: 2-6 years after harvest. Flaschenpost team is recommended for ribeye steak, pizza with mushrooms and red meat.
