With this strong Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 — Dalton Nadav Single Vineyard, the term taste takes on a new meaning. The winemaker from the Israeli winery Dalton Winery grows this wine in the countryside. Tasting note
The dark purple “Nadav Single Vinyard” delicately and finely structures the nose with rich aromas of black plums and cherries with notes of tobacco leaves and spices. The wine has a soft body with a balanced amount of minerals and tannins.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with rich dishes, such as a tender steak, lamb chops or a chicken in a sweet and sour sauce.
Vinification
The Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot grapes for this single vinyard are harvested at the same time and also fermented together. The wine is then aged in barrels for 16 months.
